The poem I am sharing here is written by a young poet named Sarah Kay. This is one my favorite poems ever. I discovered it a year ago and have loved it ever since. When you are 23 years old, I feel like you are kind of forced to look at yourself. I feel like I need to be looking forward to the next chapter in my life. I have always known one day I want to have children. This poem describes beautifully the relationship I would like to have with my daughter, if ever given the chance. Do you like this poem?
